XSIBatch and 4.02 2004-12-02 - By Votch

Hello everybody,
I'm having a problem using XSIbatch with XSI 4.02. The error is below.
When I execute this same command using 4.0 then there is no error.
Anybody have any idea how to solve this problem or what it means?
U:\RND\Scenes>xsibatch.exe -r -scene Render_Test.scn
