Hey, Buddy, here is a simple one:
animate the "goal is active" attribute AND the conserve attribute both down
to zero -->it stops immediately (goal weight if you want to do a smooth
break.)
If you want to start it at another point of time you have to do some
expression thingie (manipulation) with the normalized age though otherwise
it "pops" to its actual position.
