It may help to know that they achieved that effect by keying over the
actor with some glitter suspended in water.



If I were you, I would look for the simple, mechanical ways to do such
effects instead of trying to do them all on the computer. You'll save
yourself a lot of time, money and headaches.

Davd, thanks for your repsponse. I think it basically answers my
question. One of the effects I want to create is somthing like in the
Star Trek movies when a human figure teleports into a new space -
starting with faint star-like particles and growing until the figures
starts to spawn into soldity. In wonder if Premiere After-effects could
also accomplsh something similiar?
