Jeff,

But how would you use the chicken-wire analogy if what you were modeling was in
-fact "chicken wire".

I imagine the explanation would go like this:

"Modeling chicken wire in 3D is like using chicken wire to create the frame"

This could be a problem...kind of like explaining whether or not Adam or Eve
had navels.

You know, 3D is complex enough without the inclusion of philosophical
conundrums.
