Are you sure about that?  Looking at their site, they seem to support
some interesting stuff, but every single one of their demos is a link to
"Download executable" I couldn't find any web-based demos.

If you're going for offline only, then my choice would definitely be the
Torque engine from Garage Games.  At only $100 it's definitely one of
the cheapest engines with a very good feature set.
