Is there a market!??! YES! 3d artists (especially good ones) are like gold
dust out there ..

I only wish I had a budget and I'd snap you up for a rally game I've been
working on.

Although you probably won't be working on the next Quake, look for the
smaller studios (if possible, look for publishers that have a hands-on
approach to development) .. they are always crying out for decent graphic
art.

I've been working as a 2d artist, which I never even thought there would be
a market for - granted, it's educational software mainly, but it just so
happens that I love educational software so I'm very happy. If I can find
freelance 2d work, I am sure you could find a decent amount of 3d?

:) Parrot.
