Hi,

Well i'm sure you've found all the errors by now ;)

But I have to say this is exactly the reason why I never use the
continuation/line break method and why i dislike it so much. The lingo text
editor can be tempremental enough without introducing another factor.
Personally i always prefer to do what you've done as

pEquations = []
add pEquations,  [ [#x:2,   #k:5], [#x:-1,#k:3] ,[#a:"p"] ]
add pEquations,  [ [#x: -1, #k:3], [#x:-3,#k:4] ,[#a:"s"] ]
etc

If you use an equal space font then you can space out each line so they line
up vertically too. Many a time this has greatly helpped in identifying silly
typo's.
