I'm afraid you cannot. The reactor2 in max6 is IIRC only meant to make
nicelooking keyframe animations inside max itself. You used to be able
to get an hke exporter for max3/4 ages ago from the havok site. I'm
guessing havok will not distribute a max6 version of a hke exporter to
havok xtra users, so you're basicly stuck. I think the free max3 version
also works in max5.
