I don't think I can offer you much help here.  I'm currently just using
the FlashCom admin tool which has a statistics tab for each application.
Wouldn't help if you're using anything other than FlashCom.

It is definitely live.  We had to launch on Sunday to qualify for an
award we were trying for (<http://www.flashinthecan.com/>).  There are
definitely a few things that we still need to tweak and work with, such
as the Shooting Gallery.  I really didn't expect to get that much
traffic for the first couple weeks, so I was treating this as a "soft
launch" where it is up and the public can visit it, but it's still under
development for a little while longer.

I guess too much attention isn't all bad though, right? :)
