Do you happen to know which version of Shockwave you have?  Take a look
here:

I have detection in for users that have a version below 8.5.1 build106.  If
that's the case then you should get taken to a screen that says you need to
update shockwave to the latest version.

We require the Flash 9.0.2 Xtra and unfortunately because of a Shockwave bug
(http://www.dubane.com/bugs/flashxtra.html) currently there's no way for us
to force visitors to update.  As soon as Shockwave 10 is out of public beta
we'll have this issue taken care of.

If this isn't the problem, can you e-mail me (offlist) the stats on which
version you have (from the testsystem page above)?  I'd like to try to
figure out what the problem is, so we can detect for it.
