OBJ converter failed in MX2004

OBJ converter failed in MX2004

All,

Has anyone tried the OBJ converter in MX2004? I tried to convert an .obj file
and found that the "Add files" dialog didn't come out in 2004, while it works
in 8.5.

Is it because the Xtras folder changed its directory?
