I thought it was a normals problem too, but looking at them they all
seem right. One thing I did notice is that the object is super small  
xyz in the range of (.005, .006, .007) max units. I  think the exporter
doesn't like things that small and may introduce rounding errors. I'd
try scaling it up to give the face a reasonable world scale  (~x100?)
and reset the xform.
