Ok, the fire suit is on just in case, here goes...
The Havok Xtra is not delivered with Director MX 2004 authoring (trial or
commercial).
The Havok Xtra will continue to be delivered as part of the Shockwave
player.
We had a contract covering our distribution rights that expired between
releases and we were unable to come to a new agreement with Havok prior to
shipping this release. We are still working with them to resolve this issue
and see how/if/when we can reintroduce the Xtra into our authoring
application installer.
You can still use Havok, we've done nothing to disable or alter it, it's
just that it's not installed for you when you install Director, that's it.
