Batchserver

I've installed batchserver fine, and I have 2 machines that I would like to use
as the render clients. It works fine on one machine, but when I start the
client on the other I get the error :-

"Error: Batch file error. Application couldn't start. Please check the batch
file.
-In Error Mode... Waiting for 2 minutes..."

Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may mean? I've installed the client
software in exactly the same way (or at least I think I have) on both machines,
but one works, and one doesn't!!!
