After checking every stupid case I uninstalled the latest WACOM VOLITO
driver: XSI starts successfully in all user profiles now. Very strange!

The reason for uninstalling the driver was a random system error message
about the tablet when I restarted the computer (especially after
uninstalling the GFX driver).

Does anyone have an idea why a Wacom driver could kill XSI in Dual -
Standard and Views and Shelves mode?
Does it affect OGL? The lastest Nvidia 61.77 driver solved the problem but
XSI was unusable (problems with Refresh, GUI and FX Tree) with uncertified
61.77 for FX 3000.
