Motion Blur on Particles

Hey folks,

Has anybody done any particle work with motion blur in 4?  It seems a little
odd - to get it to work I had to apply a Motion Blur Property to the cloud and
then turn it OFF to get it to work.  Also, it seems to be hyper sensitive to
the shutter settings, like by a factor of a 100 or something like that.

Can anyone repro this?

Thanks,

Jean-Paul LeDoux
