I agree 100% Non-programmes don't think much of stuff like that. They've
seen _much_ nicer on any given day on TV - so this doesn't do much for them.
I remember when I was just getting into 3D animation - I took weeks to make
this pole vaulter - and spent about $1000 to have it rendered. If you were
into 3D you could appreciate the effort... but anyone else that saw it was
like - "Dude... that kind of sucks".

And Toxi also hit the nail on the head... A Demo, for demos sake... it is
just plain cool!
