I don't believe you're obligated to send your own in house exporter to
macromedia. I use my custom exporter all the time, and I haven't sent
them anything. The agreement only says this:
"Licensee shall provide Macromedia with a golden master of each
Translator released or otherwise made available by Licensee."

So if you're not releasing anything, you don't have to send MM anything
either.. at least, that's my non lawyer, down to earth view of it.
