Well that sounds a bit like an overreaction to me. I'm sure that the
clause is only meant so that the plugin doesn't go lost if the company
decides to stop supporting it. I think if you give someone at MM a call,
something can be arranged, that they don't have that right if you still
distribute it yourself or something along those lines.
