ptp particle file format

ptp particle file format

Just wondered what the legal state of the particle system is. Is it still
partly considered Phoenix property? Especially when it comes to the .ptp
particle file format. The engine itself isn't after the rewrite, no? Would
it be legal to make it accessible and if yes would it conflict with any soft
interest to make it so? Just thought it might solve some current and
possible future problems being able to write out the current state of the
particles from an operator on top of the stack in a format that neatly
integrates to the rest of the pipeline.

Any thoughts on this?

Cheers,
Felix
