Hi,

I thought you got this answer at xsibase?

You can by simply middle clicking the viewports  viewmenu button.

It switches between the last view you were in. Or are you looking for a
different solution than this?

i have a problem ... i want to assign a single hotkey to toggle action
between wireframe display mode and shaded display mode ..... that is
with one click i can switch between wireframe and shaded display modes
..
