Oh sure, blame it on the riggers :p
Afaik the batchserve issue with the rope was not our usual "far away
from origin" issue that pops up with hair and batchserve all the time
(ahhhg!!! f,dammit,etc.), but rather a similar thing as Kim is
addressing. I had a few scops and layered deformers on it and after
trying to plot deformers bones etc to keep it from flipping out, finally
just had to plot the actual shapes of the geometry which is kinda heavy
and ugly but works.
Batchserve is I guess understandably yick with any dynamics.
