Back Post_Logic - Mail paper... Just because it's more easy to create shape anims with less points to move. In other way, i prefere move 10 points than 50... That's all.

it kinda makes sense to me as the local subdiv refinement increases the 'actual' amount of vertices therefore the cluster shape you stored is trying to deal only with the original count and not 'quite' knowing how to deal with the new ones.. (or something).
whereas if you did the modelling mode 'Mesh Local Subdivision Op' before activating the shape modeling mode 'Cluster Shape Combiner' you would get correct results of course..
If you are really wanting to globally subdivide all polys then using numpad ' +' or changing geometry approximation subdivision settings *does* move the extra 'virtual' points generated in the way expected when shape animating.
perhaps there is some jiggery pokery in the construction modes that allows for this - but I dont see how, that "Mesh Local Subdivision Op" dont seem to want to move anywhere for me.. :)

Bonjour All,
Just a simple question... How to modifie the operator order trought the construction mode... Juste an example :
1 - Get a sphere (poly) 2 - Select some points and create a cluster (ie mouth) 3 - Create 2 shape keys by Animate/Deform/Shape>Store Shape Key 4 - Add this keys inside a mixer... what a beautiful animation... mmmmhhhh!!! 5 - Swith in poly mode "Y" and select all polys 6 - Do a "Local Sudbivision Refinement" (1 level and Catmul-Clark) 7 - Play time line and see the result... some points movments are bad ... .. So if we can change the evaluation between "Mesh Local Subdivision Op" (Modeling Mode) and "Cluster shape Combiner" (Shape Modeling), we can solve this problem....
Some ideas or i miss something ??? Thank's
