You're a braver person than I am, to read that stuff.... ;-)

I've been pushing to get some type of escalation path on any of the
company's public legal documents, so that people who need a clarification
have a way to do so, but sociological changes can take awhile to bring
about. Right now, if you need something in writing to protect yourself
legally, then the best way I know of is to send snailmail to the Macromedia
Legal Department at the main offices, 600 Townsend St, San Francisco CA USA
94103. (Some post offices have options for sending snailmail which the
recipient must physically sign to receive, and these tend to get more
attention than things which come in the regular mail.)

Sending a note to the Director wishform could work too, but this reaches
the product team rather than the legal department, so there's an extra
step. If you want to be protected against any legal actions, then getting
the questionable part in writing from the legal department seems stronger
than email...?

Sorry for the hassle... I'm not in a position where I could venture to
restate the language they wrote there, sorry. :(
