Either put it in a group, apply motion blur property to the group and turn it off, or apply the motion blur property directly to the object. (and turn it off.)

Is there any way to be able to enable/disable motino blur opn a per object basis rather than just passes.
I have a situation where I really need to disable mb for a cut object, but I need it to be i the same pass as the motino blurred items.
