sure.

just use the inverted transform for the lattice center (relative to the
deformed object, though) as well as the inverse
transforms for each point of the lattice.

I think that "should" work.

 i.e. an object with that inverted l.d. applied becomes the original as soon
as the "normal" lattice deform is applied.
