Back A relatively simple way is to make your SW3D member huge (eg 8* size of stage) then repeatedly move it along and down, screencapturing as you go. Then use these tiles to build an overall huge image, before scaling it down to the size you want using normal copy ink, which will antialias it.
Works fine for single camera in sprite method, bit trickier for multiple cameras in a sprite, but can still work, and we've used the results happily for printing etc.
