UPDATE:

Tried keying the GeomApprox also - no joy.
Have now tried rendering out the animated textures, surely this will *force*
XSI to refresh.... Noooo.

:/

This is really ruining my day.....

I have 3 clips that are derived from the no-Icon texure, pumped through
FXTrees and back into their respective ToClips.  The resulting texture is
animated.  I thought this might be a problem because the noIcon texure isn't a
sequence but XSI seems quite OK with it.

However, I am using these textures to drive both colour and displacement.
The colour is being read fine but the displacement randomly doesn't refresh, or
does and then sticks.  It's basically totally flipped out....  Now I know it's
not a problem with the clip or what I'm doing to it because it affects the
colour fine, but the displacement refuses to update properly....

I also tried adding keyframes in the rendertree and FXtree to try and force a
refresh with no luck.

 Any ideas?

 Thanks,

 DAN
