I wonder if the following is possible in v2.0
Let 's assume we have mocap library of moves during fighting where for
instani would like to animate the extent angles in the sphere property page of a polymesh sphere and have the texture
stick to the faces of sphere (instead of swim through it) is this possible to do witI need some to have some particles spray out of a nozzle. Being a XSI newbie there are some things I 've done in other programs I 'm having trouble achieving.
How do I have the particles or the bil
Is there a free rigged character out there in the XSI community that has a

Does anyone know how to get UV 's to export and then import properly
into Maya with dotXSI exchange? The model imports beautifully but no

I installed the pro version of Zone Alarm here two days ago and XSI stoped
working (freeze on start). Looking at the archives I noticed many people
with the same problem and no solution. Zone LaRendering now working fine. No missing tiles.
Solution was easy to overlook. Have never had the option of a render
slave until now so jumping from SI3.9 to XSI 4.0 then quickly to 4.2 I
simply fHi
I 've used a huge number of instanced geometry leaves to build a tree and am
trying to render with final gathering and dirtmap. I used bernard 's mass
rendermap script to rendermap the other oSorry.. cracked it... RTFM !!!
just to prove that I did... and if anyone else comes across this problem...

And I cant see a way to resave them as Illustrator 8.0 When writing mental ray shaders are there predefined functions equivalent
to RenderMan 's ambient() and diffuse() functions which automatically gather
all diffuse and ambient components from the ligKeep the guid of the output parameter. There are several predefined guids
for that depending on the type of parameter you are returning (color
scalar vector etc...).

In SI3D I could make a texture 's alpha channel component appear
invisible/transparent by setting Map Alpha Channel BlendiI 'm trying to improve on my scant knowledge of SI3D by jumping to XSI
4.2 and diving in deeper.
Today while trying to get the hang of texturing/shader use I 'm seeing
something never before seen.Way to go Luke!!

Subject ALike the arese that I am in a lapse of concentration I forgot to save for 5 hours..... and got what I deserved..... a nice hang by XSI.
The process is still there memory is still being used but

Is there a setting for keeping the layers intact when merging a scene??
