Win2K to XP - Full XSI Desktop Coverage

Engineering upgraded me to XP from Win2K. If I maximized XSI in Win2K XSI spanned both monitors - I then spec 'd a layout that was appropriate. In XP tho if I maximize XSI fills only one monitor.
