I am setting up a system that enforces naming conventions and other
project standards . I have done this by editing the Maya scripts that
are called when saving exporting etc . ThHi I solved my problem with the bullet chain feed (for a large machine gun
like on the Matrix APUs). My current question regards doing the large amount
of falling spent bullet casing I need each Anyone know of a way to get a VRML 2.0 file into Maya? I guess I 'm
looking for a freeware converter unless there is a plug-in for Maya.

We 're thinking of upgrading our 4.5 Unlimited to 5 but the box it runs on
is a dual PIII 933Mhz with an ELSA Gloria II.
4.5 works OK on this box for us. Is 5 noticeably any slower than 4.

number of triangular stones. The stones should be roughly the same size and

A number of months ago I rigged skinned and weighted a male character
to be used as a pilot in an aircraft. At the time I spent days fine
tuning details and testing the rig for appearance.There 's something about the outTransparency attribute of shaders that I
don 't understand. It appears that it affects the transparency of target
meshes even though it is not explicitly connected to I have created a custom shader node. When applied to a mesh the texture
looks correct when I render but is blurry in the viewport. It looks
filtered like a low-res mipmap.
