I want to output a Carrara image into a high resolution file that will
be printed at 3 ' x 4 '. How do I arrange the output settings for this?
Not to beat a dead horse but i like Poser and do not have enough
time to spend making it work with Carrara in it 's current state. The
Poser 5 plug-in is for me (and apparently there are alot of mOS X
When I use the test render tool I have to wait for it to finish. Pressing ESCAPE does
nothing. This was a bug in Carrara 2 and it 's very irritating it still exists considering I
reporteI noticed that the manual 's index has a listing for "Nudge Objects " on page 109 but
there is nothing on 109 about nudging objects.
In every animation application I have used pressing the arrow I just looked over the Snow flake file that Brian Hinton provided with
his article on particles in the new 3d e-magazine for Carrara. I noticed

models I am not capable of creating on my own. While I rarely use the
human models the dragon is responsible for over half ofhow would some developement in that area intrude on your use of carrara

I can not stand those Poser characters. The vacant empty look in their eyes
they all look like zombies. 90% of the time I think they detract from the scene

Just a little note for those who may not know shaders3d.com now
sells Royalty Free Music CDs...so if you do animation or 3d
production and need Royalty free music...that is NOT expensiI watch it but I 'm a beginner too. Haven 't sold anything or
protected anything yet! I have talked to Eric about it a bit though-

Apparantly Carrara Studio 3 can see TT font files anywhere the system normally sees
'em. What is important is that the font files not be damaged or coI 'm running CS3 & MACOS X.3
I know OSX can have font files in several locations. I usually put 'em (the fonts) in my

Thanks for the info and the time to type it.
I don 't know if its me or something but whenever I tried 3DSOUT the
resulting file would always end up not loadable in many apps I tried
thInteresting little quirk. After playing with it I decided to try and replace all the planes.
After replacing the planes it worked fine with out the plank going through the floor. I
don 't think theok you plug-in developers out there (well that would mainly be
eric) -)and eovia...
the number one most requested plug-in was a Poser to Carrara
