I just picked up the lastest copy of a european magazine called
EFX (issue 39). I thought all of you might want to check it out. Its
a special issue on texturing and I thougHello Doug
Yes I have been doing most of what you 've mentioned below but not
the "new file " approach for *each* imported object group. I think
that 's "the ticket " because then I will be able Hi Naomi
I just installed the GeForce FX 5200 Video Suite with all the same
features you list except it is 128MB and supports dual monitors.
I haven 't used the dual monitor feature yet but I i guess curious labs is working on poser 6 because they are taking
surveys on their website on the current poser program and they have
a poser 6 section that you can fill i did it and added a lotSOMEONE KNOWS QHERE CAN I FIND THIS FORMAT FILES???
THANKS

For all of those that complained about Yahoo. Come on over. I 've
started a discussion on my candleman project. I will be posting all
of that over there. I am abandoning yahoo mostly. I invite you Speaking of rendering and 3dgraphics --. Yeah I 'm trying to segue
this so it will fit the Carrara group. LOL
I 'm looking to get a new video card and I saw the XFX GeForce FX 5600

Nope. Not even render gardening. Fingers crossed for C4.

multi-thread capabilities to take advantage of multiple processors on
a computer while rendering but I couldn 't find out any info iIs there any way to stop any reference pic 's from vanishing in the VM

Yahoo! GrouThanks for the quick response!
So in the X Y and Z groups would you use the spin modifier? Seems
like it would be impossible to get a consistently slowing rotation
without it.
Now to figurI 've tried a variety of solutions for rolling a die on a table. I
want it to travel in the Y bouncing on a table until it stops.
I 've tried directional forces. I 've tried spin modifiers. I ca )
Ok I just CANNOT figure out how to make shaders available in the Modeling
room... or UV Editor.. or wherever it is exactly we 're supposed to do
this!
Basically that 's it. I 've created a Had one idea but I think it would take too long to render the
animation on my computer not to mention I 'm stumped too about what
I could do for "Mars in the Springtime... ".
I might try though I want to enter but I still suck kinda.... lol
Isn 't it a logo thing or slogan kind of deal? I 'm working on a company logo but am stumped...

To Carrara@(protected)I 'm learning as I go but as soon as I figure out how
to create a decent rig I 'll post some notes about it.
I 'm hoping that your forum will be up soon. I prefer

nice and fast the rendering works in C3. The texture UV mapping

yeah I was wondering how he did it it looked like poser though the
movements weren 't very fluid to me and it looked like Poser 's usual
cruddy rendering in several instances. CarraraYour wit never ceases to amaze me. Course it 's great when someone also
has the skills to back it up -- which you do. Guess I 'm saying in my
long winded way. LOVED IT!!
