I have an old animation I did of a bird doing a hop.
Its not exactly walking but it might let you see what
you are attempting. I 'll try to find it for you.
I mainly use bones. HeirarchDon 't have vector style but i guess it treats them as groups.
Groups don 't have geometry. And maybe that 's why it skips rendering
them.

Thanks for the suggestions and I agree with you about the realism
aspect. I guess what I was meaning by "realism " is that I wanted my
character to move forward the "proper " amount of dAnytime claudia. What I 'd suggest is if you have a
full length mirror in your house watch yourself walk.
Or better yet make a relative or friend walk for you
and record them.
Also keep in mindI 'm a videographer and want to get into 3D. I have heard awesome
things about Carrara. Does anyone know if Carrara is compatable with
a NLE called Vegas 4.0? Other Videographers are suggesting CinOkay this is a VERY rough draft as well as my first real animation
sequence of this kind but here it goes.

I have a problem with the objects promoted to the master.
Why isn 't the rendering of the master objects carried out
in VectorStyle? Is this unavoidable? Then although I want
to unmastewould be nice to see where they gather such statistics. when you
pull statistics of from your regular web server they suggest
somewhat different figures...

Some nice features but overall vJust saw it 's called "WebXport "... on Eovia 's site -
But it isn 't listed that way in the manual which says V3 DOES have VET
export but VET isn 't anywhere to be found.. again Eovia 's site says iViewpoint is killing me!
Remember when they just made really good 3d models?
Then Metacreations was broken up and Viewpoint took over some of their
assets? I forget what they were... oh yes A few months ago I saw a link to a site that had great photos of a 57 chevy.
It was a site dedicated to creating 3d models and these photos were
fantastic. Foolish me didn 't save the link and now I Just so you don 't get intimidated that 's 500 web pages not 500 pages of text. It 's hard to believe but my online graphic novel "Pieces " is now 7 years old. I 've pretty much confirmed it is the oldego in files and lookf for file named jg5 it is what i am working on
in 3ds and illustrate if i could achieve this in carrara well i
would move up to it.
this is only an example and you can plaGreat job!..it looks like alot of work went into it...I think it is
worth seeing about putting it in 3dXTRACT..it whould help alot of
people who do not know how to make "Procedural Shaders "

West....as well as fix a couple minor errors....and replaced tI updated my CS3 shader structure chart to make it more clear added
a legend fixed a couple small errors....and re-posted it to the

I just wanted to let folks who have been downlaoding the Physics
Engine Reference and Tips Sheet know that I have done some file
management and the updated links are as follows
1) YahEovia does frequently update the user projects section of the site
(which I find very informative) and did update the picture gallery a
while back (plus they have more images in the products sectiDivx codecs when downloaded from http //www.divx.com
and installed allow you to save as divx just save as
an .avi and select divx for the compression.
That said here is another update. Played wiHmmm...
After letting physics calculate saving the file and reopening I have
found that the physics need to be recalcuated...
Is this right?
