Transposer? I have Transposer2 Cararra 4 Pro v4.1.1 Carrara will
not recognize Poser 6 .exe file.

Well now that I have Carrara I 'm second guessing my purchase (

I just posted an update to the Shaders Plus package of lighting models
for Carrara 4. This update features an improved Anisotropic shader and a
new global illumination enabled shadow Wouldn 't surprise me if Y and Z was switched.
Carrara uses the mathematically correct way while most other 3d apps
uses a common 3d version where Z is depth instead of height.
Amapi does for instaAh!
I guess I will be upgrading to PS CS2.

I ask because when I have to duplicate an object many times in a scene it would be useful
to shade it only once before I duplicate..

Is there a trade-off in speed when you shade as you work?
Largely depends on your level of expertise in 3D in general and on what
you want to do with your programs. If you want to render still images
