I 've added a free plugin in the Files section called AddComments. It 's
a simple plugin you access from the Edit Menu to add a "Comments edit
box " to any object(s) that has an Effect

with Director. Although Director 's market is greatly being
overshadowed by Flash it 's still split between fully functional
